What a successful weekend!!

All of us with the Cowboys Youth Football Program would like to thank everyone for coming out this weekend to support the Cowboys and youth football in Cincinnati. Over 35 games of youth football were played at Princeton this weekend and we truly appreciate all the teams that came out to participate! We want to be sure to thank Princeton High School and Coach Gary for allowing us to hold our event there and for all the support during the entire process!  

A special thanks to all the parents that came to help out during the weekend to work concessions, run the gate, etc. and help make everything such a success. It was hot and tiring but in the end we had such a successful weekend for the program.

We look forward to returning the favor and playing in several bowl games throughout the season to support other organizations!

Thank you for your interest in the Third Annual Cowboys Kickoff Bowl and for supporting youth football in Cincinnati!

We are very excited about this year's bowl game and look forward to a great opportunity for teams to get some competitive pre-season work in. It's also a great way to put your team in game play situations and see what you may want to work on before the official start of the season, as well as motivate your team for the long season ahead.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The Cowboys Kickoff Bowl is open to all teams with players ranging from 5-12 years old. Teams from all over Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee have been invited to participate. We will match competitors based on weight, age and last year's record in order to match teams as closely and fairly as possible. Because this is a bowl game and not a tournament, you will play 1 game, unless otherwise noted on your registration form. If you elect to play 2 games, you will play 1 game on Saturday and 1 game on Sunday.

WHERE IS THE BOWL BEING HELD?

We are very excited that this year's Kickoff Bowl will be held at the beautiful Princeton High School Sports Complex. All games will be held on two fields at the high school, with 2 games occurring simultaneously. If you have two different teams from your league participating, we will try our very best not to schedule your teams to play at the same time so that your camp can watch both games.

I WANT TO SIGN MY TEAM UP, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

You will need to fill out a registration form so we have all your information. If you were not given a registration form, please email us and we will send you one. We can also fax you a form if you prefer to do it that way. Completed forms can be emailed back to us, or faxed to Coach Trai at 513-662-7682.


Please be sure to fill it out completely so we can match teams up as fairly as possible. You will not be put on the roster or scheduled for games if you have not turned in a registration form.

We will communicate with teams via email and the website if at all possible. Please be sure to supply us with a valid email address so we can keep in constant contact with you regarding schedules and any changes that may come up.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT ARE THE FEES INVOLVED?

There is no registration fee to participate in the bowl game. However there will be an admission charge and a parking charge where applicable. Players will not be charged for admittance. 

DO WE RECEIVE COACH'S PASSES?

Yes, you will receive up to 6 coach's passes for each team. ONLY coaches with a pass will be permitted on the field. If a pass is lost, you will have to pay to get in. You will also receive one pass for your team mom, if applicable.


WILL THE PLAYERS RECEIVE TROPHIES?
Because we don't have charge a registration fee, we are unable to purchase trophies for all participants. However, each winning team will receive a MVP trophy to award to a player of the coach's choosing. All winning teams and their photo will also be featured on the website. 


WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER?
All forms must be received by FRIDAY, JULY 2nd so we can start putting together schedules.
